What’s your typical turnaround time for filling a role?

Executive searches typically take anywhere from 3–6 months, depending on the complexity of the role. For middle management roles, we usually see results in about 6 weeks once an agreement is in place.

What if a hire doesn’t work out?

We offer a guarantee period on all placements. If the hire doesn’t work out within the agreed timeframe, we’ll find a replacement at no additional cost.
